Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A Shopify store (Basic plan or higher)
  • Admin access to your Shopify store
  • A JeriCommerce account

If you're currently using LoyaltyLion or Smile.io, review our integration guide to avoid double-counting points.

Installation

  1. Visit the JeriCommerce listing
  2. Click Add app
  3. Approve the permissions
  4. You'll be redirected to the JeriCommerce dashboard

If you have a direct install link from our team:

  1. Open the link in your browser
  2. Select your Shopify store
  3. Approve the permissions

First Configuration

After installation, you'll land on the setup wizard:

The points_ratio defines how many points per euro/dollar spent. A ratio of 1 means 1 point per 1 EUR spent.

Verify Installation

How do I know it's working?
Go to your Shopify store, place a test order, and check that points appear in the JeriCommerce dashboard within 5 minutes.
What if points don't appear?
Check that the Shopify Flow triggers are properly connected. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopify Flow and verify all triggers show "Active".
