What Are Earning Flows?¶
Earning flows are the rules that define how customers accumulate loyalty points. JeriCommerce supports 7 types of earning flows that you can combine to create a comprehensive loyalty program.
Available Earning Flows¶
Credit Points for Purchases¶
The most common earning flow. Customers earn a percentage of their order value as points, working like a cashback system but in points.

Credit Points for Social Media Follows¶
Reward customers for following your brand on social platforms. Supports Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Credit Points after Installing the Loyalty Card¶
Automatically reward customers when they add your loyalty card to their Apple or Google Wallet. This is a powerful incentive to drive card installations.
Credit Points after Verifying Account¶
Points granted when the customer verifies their account, encouraging profile completion and data quality.
Check-in at Your Locations¶
For brands with physical stores, reward customers for checking in at your locations using their wallet pass.
Referral-Based Earning¶
Reward customers when a friend they referred completes a key action. The trigger depends on your plan:

Manual Balance Adjustment¶
Adjust points manually from the admin panel, Shopify Flow, or POS. Every adjustment includes a reason field for employee accountability.

- Advanced earning flows — Custom rules with conditions and multipliers
