Get your JeriCommerce loyalty program up and running in just a few minutes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A Shopify store (Basic plan or higher)
  • Admin access to your Shopify store
  • A JeriCommerce account

If you're currently using LoyaltyLion or Smile.io, review our integration guide to avoid double-counting points.

Installation

  1. Visit the JeriCommerce listing
  2. Click Add app
  3. Approve the permissions
  4. You'll be redirected to the JeriCommerce dashboard

If you have a direct install link from our team:

  1. Open the link in your browser
  2. Choose your Shopify store
  3. Approve the permissions

First Setup

After installation, the setup wizard walks you through the basics:

Name your program and points

Choose a name for your loyalty program and your points label (e.g., Stars, Coins, Points). Set the points ratio — this defines how many points customers earn per euro or dollar spent.

A ratio of 1 means customers earn 1 point for every 1 EUR spent. A ratio of 5 means 5 points per 1 EUR. Check our points ratio guide to find the best fit for your business type.

Create your first reward

Add at least one reward customers can redeem with their points — for example, a fixed discount or a percentage discount.

Design your loyalty card

Upload your logo, pick your brand colors, and customize the look of your Apple & Google Wallet pass.

Publish your Loyalty Hub

Create the Shopify Loyalty Hub surface your customers will use first: the storefront hub for public discovery and logged-in loyalty actions, the customer account hub for Shopify New Customer Accounts, or both.

Verify Everything Works

How do I know it's working?
Open your Loyalty Hub as a guest and as a logged-in customer. Then place a test order and check that points appear in the JeriCommerce dashboard within 5 minutes.
What if points don't appear?
Check that the Shopify Flow triggers are properly connected. In JeriCommerce, go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify and verify all triggers show as active.
