Get your JeriCommerce loyalty program up and running in just a few minutes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A Shopify store (Basic plan or higher)
  • Admin access to your Shopify store
  • A JeriCommerce account

If you're currently using LoyaltyLion or Smile.io, review our integration guide to avoid double-counting points.

Installation

  1. Visit the JeriCommerce listing
  2. Click Add app
  3. Approve the permissions
  4. You'll be redirected to the JeriCommerce dashboard

If you have a direct install link from our team:

  1. Open the link in your browser
  2. Choose your Shopify store
  3. Approve the permissions

First Setup

After installation, follow these steps to create a JeriCommerce Loyalty program.

Already using LoyaltyLion? Choose the existing loyalty program option instead. It creates your JeriCommerce account and opens the integration settings, without creating a second points program.

Enter your program details

Enter your program name, the contact email customers will see in program emails, and your business type.

Review your earning rate and rewards

Enter your average order value to see the suggested program. Adjust the points earned per unit of currency and choose which rewards to create. Use the points ratio guide to check that the rate fits your rewards.

The estimated % back uses the first selected reward's discount value and points cost. It does not set a cash value for each point.

Create the program

Review the recommended rate and rewards, then create the program. The setup creates your earning rule and selected rewards, prepares the club page, and applies the program's language settings. You can change these settings later.

Continue setup from Home

After the program is created, Home shows separate setup guides for your online store and physical store when those channels apply. Each guide tracks completed steps and opens the next required task. Some steps can be optional depending on your program. The physical store guide includes the store QR code, Shopify POS tiles, receipt QR code, and card design.

Open the guide for the channel you want to launch and choose an unfinished task to continue setup.

Track your first results

Home summarizes Wallet cards installed, web app visits, and notifications sent. Each figure covers the last 30 days and compares the result with the preceding 30 days.

Verify Everything Works

How do I know it's working?

Open your Loyalty Hub as a guest and as a logged-in customer. Then place a test order and check that points appear in the JeriCommerce dashboard within 5 minutes.

What if points don't appear?

Check that the Shopify Flow triggers are properly connected. In JeriCommerce, go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify and verify all triggers show as active.
