Grow your social media audience while giving customers an easy way to earn extra points. This earning flow rewards customers who follow your brand on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Spotify, or WhatsApp.

How the Earning Works

You set a fixed number of points per platform. Each social network can have its own reward value. You can pick up to 4 networks at a time, so choose the ones where your audience is most active.

Add your social handles

Click Add network, pick a platform from the menu (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Spotify, or WhatsApp), and enter the username or handle. For WhatsApp, enter the ID after channel/ in your channel link. Repeat for up to 4 networks.

Set points per platform

Choose how many points a customer receives for following you on each network (minimum 1 point).

Customer follows from their loyalty card

The customer clicks the social profile link from their loyalty card or web app.

Points are credited

When the click is confirmed, the system credits the defined points to their account.

Points are awarded once per platform, not per click. Once a customer earns points for following you on a specific network, they cannot earn them again for the same action.

Example

You turn on this flow and set these values:

  • Instagram: 10 points
  • TikTok: 15 points
  • Spotify: 8 points
  • WhatsApp: 5 points

A customer opens their loyalty card, taps the Instagram link, and follows your brand. They receive 10 points. Later, the same customer taps the TikTok link and follows there too, earning 15 more points. If they tap Instagram again, no additional points are credited.
