Use the JeriCommerce Assign coupon action in Shopify Flow to send a coupon after any Shopify trigger. Before you start, create the coupon and its campaign in JeriCommerce.

4

Turn on the workflow

Save and turn on the workflow. When the trigger runs, JeriCommerce assigns an available code and sends the coupon to the customer's loyalty card.

Assignment Requirements

The action only assigns a coupon when:

  • The campaign is active and has not been deleted or finished.
  • The linked coupon is available for assignment.
  • The customer has a loyalty card that can receive the coupon.

If a campaign ends or is deleted, later Shopify Flow runs cannot claim coupon codes from it. Deleting a linked campaign also stops automatic code imports for its coupons.
